Gambit is a mutant. A former professional thief, he couldn't control his ability, so he turned to Mr. Horror for help. After helping Rimmy, Mr. Horror asked him to lead a squad called Marauders, whose real purpose was to kill Morlocks, a phantom organization in the sewers. Without knowing it, Rimi watched his team members carry out the massacre, but couldn't stop it. Later, Amnesia met Storm Girl and helped her, so Rimi was recommended by Storm Girl to join the X-Men and got Approved by Professor X.

1. Height: Measure from top of the head to the floor with bare feet.
